Emmanuel Vedoya

<p><span data-contrast="none">Born in Winnipeg, MB in March of 1987 to Leticia and Noel Vedoya, </span><span data-contrast="none">Emmanuel Vedoya was raised in the Adventist church in Winnipeg and attended the Adventist school, Red River Valley Junior Academy. He also attended Camp Whitesand for a few years before becoming a staff member at 13. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="none">During the following 15 years of being on staff, Emmanuel decided to find a way to continue working at camps; he found himself at Burman University. At Burman he transitioned his course of studies from Psychology to Theology and graduated from Burman University with a Bachelor’s in Adventure-Based Youth Leadership. Afterward, he found his first job working for a non-profit organization in Calgary and has been seeking out practical ways to do ‘ministry.’</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="none">Emmanuel enjoys the outdoors: hikes, fires, and rock-climbing during Summer and he enjoys skating and snowboarding during the winter. He’s passionate about music, practical ministry, and nerding out about the Bible.</span></p>
