Esther Paul-Émile

Pastor, Quebec Conference

Esther Paul-Émile, born in Haiti, moved to Montreal, Quebec, at age 12. The transition was difficult, as she missed Haiti’s warm climate, vibrant community, and close friendships. Raised in a Seventh-day Adventist family, Esther became deeply involved in church life at Mont Sinai SDA Church in Montreal-North, serving in nearly every department. In 2002, answering God’s call to full-time ministry, Esther left her role as a government-employed social worker specializing in suicide prevention to pursue theological studies at Andrews University. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Sciences and Religion, a Social Work degree (focused on suicide counseling), and a Master of Divinity. Esther’s greatest passion is prayer and community evangelism—connecting people to Christ and serving with compassion. Her vision is to live and act like Jesus, sharing His love with everyone.
